Innumerable Caravan

Innumerable Caravan is for HRRVC members who have passed away. The National Chaplain will give tribute to those members from the last year, during the annual International rally. A current list is also provided in each Ramblings for the previous two months.

To notify the club about a member passing, please provide the following:

• Members Name
• Spouse's Name
• Members Club Number
• Members Address

Procedure for Notification of the Death of a Member Changed The Board of Directors has amended the Notification of Death section of the Documents of Governance effective July 2011.

The State Manager should be notified immediately by any HRRVC member who has knowledge of the death of another Club member. The State Manager shall immediately notify the National Chaplain and his/her Region Director of the death by phone or in writing (email preferred). In the absence of a State Manager, notification should be sent to the Region Director who will immediately notify the National Chaplain.
